Our C6 corvettes look and drive like they did the day they
rolled off the factory showroom floor.
Torque Chevrolet has developed a RHD dashboard which is a
true mirror image of the original. All new components are pre fitted
to each individual vehicle to ensure a perfect fitment and alignment
before they undergo the foam and skinning procedure using the vacuum
forming process.
The air conditioning heating and ventilation system functions
as it did prior to the conversion process as flow tests before and
after the conversion have demonstrated equal flow rates. Our units
also continue to possess the incoming fresh air vent as well as the
recycle function.
Our Brake pedal box and pedals are manufactured out of cast
aluminium in the same manor as the original component.
Steering rack housings are remanufactured using billet
aircraft grade aluminium which has been machined to mirror image the
original component with all the factory internal components being
retained so the steering rack retains its original ratios and road
sensitivity and can be serviced using OEM parts.
At Torque Chevrolet we offer our customers the option of
colour coding the vehicles engine bay to match the vehicles exterior
for the ultimate show quality finish.
