All new components are pre fitted to each individual vehicle to ensure a perfect fitment and alignment before they undergo the skinning procedure using the vacuum forming process.

The air conditioning heating and ventilation system functions as it did prior to the conversion process as flow tests before and after the conversion have demonstrated equal flow rates. Our units also continue to possess the incoming fresh air vent as well as the recycle function.

Our Steering rack housings are remanufactured using billet aircraft grade aluminium which has been machined to mirror image the original component with all the factory internal components being retained so the steering rack retains its original ratios and road sensitivity and can be serviced using OEM parts.
